About Chipcandor
We review gambling sites the way a careful player would use them: with our own accounts, our own money and a stopwatch on every withdrawal.
Last reviewedWhat we cover
Chipcandor covers state-licensed casinos in the United States, UK Gambling Commission casinos and bingo sites, iGaming Ontario operators and provincial lottery casinos in Canada, US sweepstakes casinos, free social casino apps and online poker rooms. We only review operators that hold a licence we can check, or sweepstakes and social products that state plainly how their currencies work.
Who writes the reviews
Every review carries the byline of The Chipcandor Test Desk. The desk opens accounts, passes identity checks, deposits, plays through bonuses where it makes sense, contacts support and requests withdrawals. Reviews report what happened, with dates, amounts and wait times, and say clearly when something went wrong.
What a score means
A score out of 10 summarises our test. It weighs how fast and reliably the site paid out, how fair and readable its bonus terms are, the strength of its licence, the quality of the games and the help we got from support. A high score is not a promise that you will win: every casino game carries a house edge, and over time the house keeps part of every stake.
How we stay independent
Operators cannot buy a review, a score or a place in our ranking, and they do not see a review before it is published. When an operator changes its terms or its payout times, we retest and update the review. Read the full method on How we test.
