Fanatics Casino review: FanCash pays 0.25% on slots, and Casino Credit halves it
Fanatics Casino runs in four states and rewards play with FanCash. The official terms show how little that is worth on slots, and how fast the casino credit version expires.
Our verdict
Fanatics Casino is a polished four-state app with a well-rated mobile build and a rewards scheme that looks bigger than it is. Under the terms effective 4 September 2026, slots earn 0.25% back in FanCash, Casino Credit converts at 50 cents on the dollar and expires in seven days. Pick it for the app and the spin offer, not for the rewards.
Best for: Fanatics shoppers in MI, NJ, PA or WV who like a clean app

Start with the arithmetic, because the sales pitch for Fanatics Casino leans on FanCash. Say you wager $1,000 on slots. At the 0.25% slot rate in the FanCash terms (effective 4 September 2026), that earns $2.50 in FanCash. Turn it into Casino Credit at the stated 50% rate and you hold $1.25 that vanishes after seven days. That is the price of choosing Fanatics for its rewards, and everything else in this review is about whether the rest of the app justifies it.
A note on method. We read Fanatics' published terms, its App Store listing and independent reviews. We did not fund an account, so we make no claim about what a deposit or withdrawal did for us.
What the rewards scheme really pays
FanCash is Fanatics' loyalty currency, shared with its sportsbook and its merchandise store. On the casino side the earn rates are set by game type: 0.25% on all slots, 0.20% on table games unless noted, and 0.05% on blackjack, craps, baccarat, video poker and Stock Market Live. Wagers made with bonus spins, Casino Credit or other promotional credit earn nothing.
Redemption is where it gets thin. FanCash is not redeemable for cash. Converted into Casino Credit it is halved, must be played through once and expires in seven days, with winnings going to your cash balance. The other exits are discounts on eligible merchandise at Fanatics.com, which are tied to being logged in and exclude shipping and sales tax, and sportsbook Bonus Bets.
Two further rules matter. Bet-earned FanCash expires 365 days after your last earning activity with the Fanatics family, so a long break costs you the balance. And casino accounts opened on or after 17 June 2026 are enrolled in FanCash Jackpots automatically: your casino FanCash goes into a jackpot pool, not your balance, until you opt out on the app's home page. FanCash already in the pool is not credited back after you opt out.
Some third-party pages still say FanCash redeems "$1 for $1". The official page is the one to trust, and it says otherwise.

The welcome offer, and why reviewers disagree
The Lines describes 1,000 bonus spins on 7's Fire Blitz Hotstepper 2, delivered as 100 spins a day for 10 days, after a first wager of $5 in Michigan and New Jersey or $10 in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Casinos.com gives a $10 minimum within seven days of registering, and a banner on that same page says 500 spins. The windows differ (30 days against seven) and the spin counts differ.
We cannot settle that from outside the app. The rule of thumb is the usual one: read the offer screen before you stake anything, note the expiry of each day's 100 spins, and treat free spins as a small stake, not a gift.

Library, providers and the state map
This is a four-state product: Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia, 21+, with you physically inside those borders. Library size depends on where you are. Casinos.com puts it at roughly 550 games in Michigan and more than 1,700 in New Jersey, and The Lines says "over 1,000". Providers named include Evolution for live dealers, IGT, Light and Wonder, Big Time Gaming, White Hat Studios (the 7's Fire Blitz series), NetEnt, Red Tiger and Bragg, plus the in-house Fanatics Game Studios. West Virginia has no live dealer tables.
Against a mature competitor the gap is breadth. One reviewer lists a smaller library than BetMGM's as the main con, and that fits a product that only entered the casino business recently. If your habit is a big slot catalogue plus deep table limits, you will notice it. If you play a handful of favourite slots, you will not.

Cashing out and the app itself
Deposits start at $10 on the figures we found. Withdrawal minimums disagree: The Lines gives $5 for e-wallets, while Casinos.com says $1 and no payment fees. Withdrawal speed is described as a couple of business days plus bank time, with e-wallets and PayPal fastest. Check the cashier before relying on any of it.
The mobile build is the strongest card. The App Store listing for the combined sports and casino app shows 4.8 from about 294,000 ratings, with FBG Enterprises Opco as seller, a 742.6 MB download and an 18+ store label (the product itself needs 21+). The casino also appears as a separate "Fanatics Casino - Real Money" app under the same developer, so check which one you install.

Who it suits
Pick Fanatics Casino if you already shop at Fanatics, live in one of the four states and want a neat app with a daily-spin welcome offer. A casual player will like the first week and then settle into normal slot sessions.
Pass if you hope FanCash will offset losses. At 0.25% it will not, and nothing in the terms changes the fact that the house edge always applies. No rewards scheme turns a casino into a way to win, and wagering is for entertainment with money you can afford to lose. If it stops being fun, use the app's deposit limits and self-exclusion tools.
Rating
We give Fanatics Casino 6.9 out of 10: a good app and clear terms, held back by weak rewards, a narrow footprint and conflicting offer details.
